There are steps to everything that we do in life and sometimes taking the next step can be extremely daunting. The next step could be embarking on a new career path, preparing for a newborn, starting at the gym, becoming an entrepreneur or even just starting all over again.
The main point to consider is that taking the next step requires boldness and faith. There is so much to consider before making the decision to move, especially your mindset. If your mind is not right then you are more likely to stop yourself from taking the next step towards your progression. So it is important to renew your mind everyday and make sure that your mind is fixated on actualising the transition. '

Be confident in taking the next step but before you do, ask yourself this ‘Am I committed to the overall vision that I have for myself?’ Your answer to this question will determine whether you stay stagnant or take that step. I wish success could be an overnight journey but it is not! The truth is success requires you to put in work and to be moulded with each new phase of the journey.
If you do not try to move in the direction that you want for yourself, then you will be stuck at the same level which will not reveal your greater potential. Staying at a level that is comfortable while wanting more, will not give you the fulfilment that you desire, so take that step!
Steps are a method of transitioning from one level to another, so ask yourself ‘Why are you taking the next step and what is your expectation?’ The motive behind your steps will become your motivation to remain focused.

When baking a cake, you know what you would like the outcome to be but if you add more of one ingredient than needed then you might not end up with the beautiful cake that you wanted. The same goes for building a house, you start with the foundation and it won’t look great at that moment in time but with each additional step, the construction site eventually becomes a finished product.
