I know i'm writing this for someone out there who wants to give up or someone who is tired, frustrated and can't see the light at the end of the tunnel. Keep it moving sunshine!
The first thing I want to remind you of today is that your purpose is bigger than your temporary emotion. Don't loose yourself in the temporal whirlwind of frustration, don't be disheartened, instead get fuel from your negative setback and turn into your positive comeback.
Everything you dream about and everything that you want is coming towards you but take it 24 hours at a time. Don't rush and miss out on the present moment! This journey is going to take a lot out of you! You will cry on some days, you will sit in your bed for hours and you will shut out the world - After you've done all of that...fall on your knees and PRAY! Pray for the strength to continue and pray for peace of mind because this is crucial!
Remind yourself that you are more than enough, God knew exactly what He was doing when he created you, you are enough! No situation or difficulty can diminish your value, your unique contribution to the world.
Feelings are temporary but decisions are lasting. You might feel like quitting now but the feeling will pass, emotions are fleeting, so don't act while you are in your feelings. Allow the feeling to pass before you make any decision!
Don't make a permanent decision while you are in your temporary emotions! You've got to remind yourself every single day that you are here for a purpose which unfolds itself daily.

So this week, we've got a few words of inspiration from the super talented Amarachi Nwosu - (Visual Artist, Content Creator, Writer) Check out her awesome work here ----www.amarachinwosu.com:
Why do you do what you do?
I do what I do because I want to add value and inspire people to be the best version of themselves. I feel that as a visual storyteller and writer I am able to bring things to light through imagery and also speak to people through words. I want to use my voice and my platform to start important conversations and expose narratives that matter.
How did you get up when you felt down?
I have to always remind myself to be present and grateful for what I have in the now. It is so easy to get discouraged and consumed by everything around you but it's important to be able to reflect and really find the source of where your feelings are coming from. I believe you can only do this when being truly present. Once i'm able to get clarity, I can move forward as a better version of myself.
What would you say to anyone who feels that they can't carry on & is at the point of giving up?
Never stop, never settle and always remind yourself that you are worthy of love. However, that love has to first come from yourself. The world will not always be able to fill you up, so you have to get to a space where you can fill your own self up. Self - love is key. Once your recognize your value, you know that you can never give up if something is truly your purpose and where you should invest your time.
Get out of your feelings!
